Shipping + Returns


It's our goal to satisfy each and every customer, and we want to resolve any issue that may arise. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return please contact immediately.  Returns are considered within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or store credit. If your request is within the parameters of time allowed, we will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid or an exchange minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please include the original packing slip with exchange shipments.

We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. 

We do not assume responsibility for compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to xo Brown Girl.

xo Brown Girl does not issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen or on sale items.


If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace your items with the same item within 72 hours of delivery.  The inclusion of photographs is helpful in expediting your exchange.  Damaged items will be reshipped by us at no additional charge.

*If an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at so that can make the necessary corrections.


Our products are made without additives and chemical ingredients that extend the life of a product or preserve from influences in temperature changes.  All products are handcrafted and poured in small batches to ensure the freshest quality to you. Please allow 5-7 business days* for your item to process and be shipped out. 

*business days are monday-friday and do not include weekends.  Shipping timeframes vary upon carrier

international shipping

Unexpected customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. we are not responsible for these charges. international shipping may take up to one month before passing through customs and unfortunately this is beyond our control.


If for any reason you need to cancel an order, the request has to be made within one (1) business day of your order being placed as orders began processing immediately once your order is placed.  Any cancellation that meets that timeframe will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

We ship directly from Powder Springs, GA. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order.

We don't include invoices in the orders so if you are sending a gift, prices won't be visible to the recipient. We do include a packing slip. 

Once your order has been placed we cannot amend any details outside of our one (1) business day window. This is due to the volume of orders being received. Please double check all your details before placing an order!
