Balance No. 16 Even Tone Turmeric + Lemon Body Cleansing Bar provides a stimulating lemon scent in a cleanser that combats unwanted skin pigmentation. It eliminates impurities to reveal clearer, more even skin.

Avoid applying this bar soap to the face, as the pH is quite alkaline (higher than 7), which can disrupt the skin's acid mantle, potentially causing irritation and water loss.  Instead, choose a good water-soluble cleanser or cleansing oil for healthy skin.

PERFORMANCE

The most well-known form of hyperpigmentation is from the result of injury or inflammation to the skin, most commonly from acne.

Melanin rich skin tones are highly susceptible to dark spots due to the increased production of melanin.  

BALANCE is the ideal solution to treating hyperpigmentation as it is formulated with gentle ingredients that don't irritate or inflame the skin.  It lightens dark spots while naturally hydrating the skin.

INGREDIENTS

Saponified, Olive Oil, Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Essential Oil

ROUTINE

Gently wet the bar and create a rich and foamy lather. Ensure even coverage by massaging the hands over the body. Rinse off completely, and pat dry. For optimal results, use a body moisturizer afterwards.

To extend the life of your bar, keep out of the stream of water while in the shower and store it in a well draining dish in between uses.  Add our Cedar Bar Soap Dish to preserve the life of your cleansing bar.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eye. If irritation occurs, rinse with cool water and discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.

What makes your cleansing bars different?

We formulate our soaps with plant oils and butters and scented with essential oils.  It's our goal to avoid harsh detergents, found in mass produced soaps, to avoid stripping the skin of it's natural oils.

How long does the cleansing bar last?

Cleansing bars can last up to a year, however we recommend to be used with 6 months.

Does your soap contain lye?

Yup!  A soap is not a soap without lye.  When lye solution mixes with the fats and oils it results in the creation of soap.  The chemical process is complete and lye is reacted out, commonly referred to as saponified oils.
